These Terms apply to all visitors of this website, all leads who submit enquiry or audit request forms, and all clients who engage GECS under a service agreement.

2. Services Provided

GECS provides marketplace account management, advertising management, digital marketing, and related e-commerce growth services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each client engagement are defined in a separate written Service Agreement or Proposal agreed upon between GECS and the client.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of specific results. Marketplace performance depends on factors outside our control including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, client product quality, and inventory availability.

3. Free Audit

The Free Account Audit offered on this website is provided as a goodwill service with no obligation. By submitting a Free Audit request, you consent to GECS contacting you via email and/or WhatsApp to discuss the audit findings and our services. There is no purchase obligation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging GECS services are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information, including GST details, bank details, and marketplace account credentials as required
• Ensuring their products comply with all applicable marketplace policies and Indian laws
• Maintaining sufficient inventory to fulfil orders generated through our management efforts
• Responding to GECS communications in a timely manner to avoid service delays
• Paying invoices by the due date specified in the Service Agreement

5. Payment Terms

Fees and payment schedules are defined in the individual Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. GECS reserves the right to pause or suspend services for accounts with overdue payments. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Global E-Commerce Solutions and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Creative work produced by GECS for a client (e.g., product copy, A+ content, ad creatives) becomes the client's property upon full payment of the associated invoice.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. GECS will not disclose client account data, sales figures, or business strategies to any third party without the client's written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

GECS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or this website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or marketplace account suspension caused by platform policy changes beyond our control.

Our total liability to any client in connection with a service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by that client to GECS in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the Service Agreement (typically 30 days). Upon termination, GECS will return all client account access credentials and deliver any outstanding work-in-progress. Outstanding invoices become immediately due upon termination.

10. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, introduce malicious code, or use the website in any way that could damage or impair its operation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
